If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, in the wrong size, or as the wrong item altogether, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with clear pictures or a video showing the issue.

Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • An exchange
  • A refund (where applicable)

About Our Product Quality & Design

We specialize in high-quality fan-version and custom football jerseys. To be clear, these are not official or club-licensed merchandise, and unless stated otherwise, they are not marketed as first-copy products either.

Because each shirt is custom-made, small variations from the original club or player reference images are possible in areas like:

When We Don’t Offer Returns or Refunds

Returns and refunds won’t be accepted in the following situations:

  • You’ve simply changed your mind
  • The wrong size was ordered by mistake
  • Minor variation in color or design compared to reference images
  • Delivery delays caused by the courier service
  • Jerseys that have been customized with a name or number

Policy on Customized Shirts

Any shirt with a personalized name, number, patch, or custom printing is final sale — non-returnable and non-refundable. Because of this, please carefully confirm the following before checkout:

  • Shirt size
  • Spelling of the name
  • Jersey number
  • Sleeve type (short/full)

Who Covers Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our end.

How Refunds Are Calculated

Approved refunds cover only the listed product price. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
